Policies

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 4 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of $20 for each service. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service amount.

Late Policy: To color you beautifully we ask that you please arrive 5  minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in. If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment and charge a fee.

Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days for any damaged/malfunctioning tools or products. No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase.

Gift Card Policy: Treat this card as cash. It will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Rootbar Gift Cards are redeemable for hair services only and may not be used for retail products.

Membership Policy: All memberships require a 3-month minimum and are non-transferrable.  Required 30 days written notice for cancellation of memberships.

Stylist Requests: While we try to accommodate all stylist requests, we cannot guarantee you will be paired with a particular colorist. We’ll do our best!
